About Us
JNP is a private, family owned forward thinking property development and construction company in the South East. JNP carry out a wide range of construction projects including new build, development, alterations, extensions, refurbishments and planned maintenance.
The company was founded in 2008 by father and son Peter and Nicholas Heather. More recently, youngest son Jonathan has joined JNP to help with the management of the company. Together, JNP bring over 80 years of experience in the construction and property industry.
What We Do
We are a development company, not a volume house builder. JNP specialise in bespoke small to medium size developments, providing character homes which blend with their surroundings, whilst providing all the benefits of modern contemporary living.
JNP has been a creative and innovative Contractor of both residential and care home developments in the South East of England since 2008. Since then JNP has built up an enviable reputation for its attention to detail and for creating high quality homes and apartments that people not only want to live in but are proud to own.
